1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using MedDose Pro ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
2. Service Description
MedDose Pro provides clinical calculators, drug reference databases, AI-assisted clinical query tools, and educational content for healthcare professionals and students.
3. User Accounts
- You must provide accurate registration information
- You are responsible for maintaining account security
- You may not share accounts or credentials
- We reserve the right to suspend accounts for Terms violations
4. Subscriptions & Payments
- Free Tier: Limited access with advertising
- Student Pro ($4.99/mo): Full Clinical Library, basic AI access
- Nurse Handy ($14.99/mo): AI Co-pilot, advanced calculators
- Physician Elite ($34.99/mo): Full AI suite with voice-to-SOAP, ICD-10 coding
- B2B Plans: Custom pricing for organizations
- Subscriptions auto-renew unless canceled. Refunds are handled per PayPal policy
5. Acceptable Use
You agree NOT to:
- Use the Service for any unlawful purpose
- Reverse engineer or attempt to extract source code
- Use AI features to generate harmful, misleading, or illegal content
- Exceed rate limits or attempt to circumvent subscription restrictions
- Input protected health information (PHI) with patient identifiers
6. Intellectual Property
All code, designs, and original content are property of ADtech Vision. Drug data is derived from publicly available sources (WHO EML, FDA, NIH). Third-party content (OpenStax, PubMed Central) is used under their respective open access licenses.
7. Limitation of Liability
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND. ADtech Vision shall not be liable for any damages arising from use or inability to use the Service, including but not limited to medical errors, data loss, or service interruption.
8. Termination
We may terminate or suspend accounts at our discretion. Users may delete accounts at any time. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately.
9. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States. Disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration.
